Birdsville Working Museum

John Menzies welcomes you to the outback and hopes you can come to the Birdsville Working Museum.  It really is a trip down memory lane or a look into yesteryear.  See all the sections like the harness maker, wheelwright and blacksmith shop, coach builder, horse gears and brace wagons.  The old shops are sure to be of interest along with the hospital, clocks, pottery, jewellery, toys, art gallery and of course the machine shed.  There’s something for everyone at the Birdsville Working Museum and it’s open daily from 8:30am – 5pm.                                                    (Closed for Lunch)

There are three tours daily at 9am, 11am, and 3pm, so go on a tour and John will show you many exhibits working.
