Aerodromes The Bedourie Aerodrome following a significant reconstruction, was officially opened on September 16, 2008 by the Honourable John Mickel, Minister for Transport, Trade, Employment and Industrial Relations. The reconstruction of Diamantina’s Airstrip was at an estimated cost of $1.77 million.
