Bedourie Royal Hotel

The Bedourie Royal Hotel was established in 1886 and has been continuously operating ever since. The building has changed little in appearance, except for the replacement of the thatched roof with corrugated iron. The Royal Hotel has air-conditioned motel rooms offering some self-contained facilities. The hotel is open daily from 10am to late with all-day hot snacks and evening meals available from 6.00pm till 8.00pm. Come and enjoy the relaxing country atmosphere!

Simpson Desert Oasis Roadhouse

Bedourie’s Simpson Desert Oasis Roadhouse features a general store, fuel supplies (no auto gas), tavern, restaurant, caravan park, motel units and cabins. The motel units are air-conditioned with telephone facilities and cabins are self-contained with air-conditioning. The Simpson Desert Oasis Caravan Park offers powered and un-powered sites and also shared and ensuite amenities. Laundry facilities are also available.

The Simpson Desert Oasis Roadhouse is open daily from 7.00am to 5.30pm
The Restaurant is open for early for Breakfast until 1.30pm and again from 6.00pm to 8.30pm.
Meals are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with takeaways available.
Fast food available from 8.30am to 1pm and 6.00pm to 8.30pm

Diamantina Shire Council Caravan Park

Located beside the Artesian Spa and Aquatic Centre, you will find the Caravan Park with powered and un-powered sites as well as full amenities including laundry facilities. Please pay at the Bedourie Visitors Centre.
