Help Shape the Future of Infrastructure in Diamantina Shire
Diamantina Shire Council is seeking a dedicated and community-minded Infrastructure Administration Officer to join our Infrastructure Team. This role is a great opportunity to support the delivery of essential services that keep our communities connected, safe and thriving.
As part of this role, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting infrastructure projects that directly benefit the Bedourie and Birdsville communities and the wider Shire.
In this role, you will:

Provide accurate, timely and efficient high-level administrative support to the Infrastructure Team in line with local government policies, procedures and statutory requirements

Assist with the development and coordination of Job Management Plans for road maintenance and construction projects across the Shire and in partnership with Main Roads

Support meetings through the preparation of agendas and minutes, and assist with reports, spreadsheets and presentations

Provide consistent administrative support across the Infrastructure Team to help ensure infrastructure services are delivered effectively and efficiently throughout the organisation
