Council Christmas Party 2024
Diamantina Shire Council advises that Council services and offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday 12 December, due to the Council Christmas Party and End-of-Year Lunch.
The following services and centres will be closed for the day:
  • Bedourie Administration Centre
  • Bedourie Outback Visitor Information Centre
  • Wirrarri Visitor Information Centre (Birdsville)
  • Bedourie Library
  • Bedourie Playgroup
Normal operations will resume on Monday, 15 December 2025.
Community members, Council employees, families, and friends are invited to attend the annual Christmas Party and End-of-Year Lunch.
Date: Friday, 12 December
Time: From 12 pm
Location: Bedourie Community Centre
All are welcome to join us for a relaxed lunch and to celebrate the end of the year.
