Have your say on more inclusive events in Diamantina Shire

Council is seeking community input to support an Expression of Interest under the Accessible Australia in Queensland program for a portable Changing Places facility.

Feedback will help Council confirm the need for the facility, identify where and when it would be most useful, and ensure the proposed operating arrangements respond to the needs of residents, visitors, carers and event attendees.

We particularly encourage feedback from:

• People with disability or high support needs
• Residents and visitors who have experienced accessibility barriers
• Carers and family members
• Health, disability and community service providers
• Event organisers
• Tourism and accommodation operators
