Vendor Applications Now Open - Birdsville Camel Carnival and Birdsville Race Week

Expressions of Interest are now open for vendors at the Birdsville town centre markets during the Birdsville Camel Carnival in July and Birdsville Race Week in September. Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your products at two of the region’s biggest events! 

We have introduced a new process for vendor applications for our 2025 Birdsville events. Vendors must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). We will review all submissions once the EOI period closes and notify you if your application is successful. 

The key dates are:

• February 28 - Expression of Interest Open (EOI)
• May 16  - Expression of Interest Close (EOI) – late applications may not be accepted (extended).
• May 30 - Notifications of outcome sent out, invoices sent to successful applicants
• June 30  - Deadline for Payment

Vendor fees for 2025 have been restructured into a lump sum for each event period (July and September). If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please complete a separate application form for each event period and submit it via email by 5pm on 16 May.
