Energy Regulator Survey

Regional Queenslanders who pay energy bills are being asked by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) to take a short survey on their energy use and behaviour.
The results feed into the table or graph on all energy bills, which compares how much energy households use against similar size households in the area. This data also helps energy users make more informed choices about how they use energy. 

The 5-10 minute survey asks for meter details from the consumer’s electricity and gas bill and information about the household type and energy usage behaviour.

If you have lived in your property for at least 18 months and can help, please take a copy of your latest electricity and gas bills and complete this survey. 

The survey closes at 11.59pm on Friday 26 June 2020.
