Diamantina Shire Council has decided to acquire the land described below because overdue rates have remained unpaid for more than 3 years.

This is a summary of a notice of intention to acquire land issued on 8 February 2021 pursuant to section 149 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

The total of the overdue rates and charges is:                                                          $6,793.61

The accrued interest to the date of this notice (8 February 2021) is:                           $418.29

The total rates and charges overdue to Council as at 8 February 2021 is:               $7,211.90
