PUBLIC NOTICE - Manual Bird Harassment at Birdsville Aerodrome

The Diamantina Shire Council wishes to advise Birdsville residents that due to increased bird activity around the Birdsville Aerodrome, Council will be conducting manual bird harassment prior to aircraft movements.

A NOTAM has been issued to this effect with an estimated finish date of 1st May 2023.

All incoming and departing aircraft must advise the Birdsville ARO at least 30 minutes prior to estimated movement to ensure that bird harassment measures can be undertaken.
